All orders placed through ExsensParis.com are processed immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Returns & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of an Exsens product, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange within the time limit specified below.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or FedEx. Your return and/or exchange will be processed promptly and replacement products will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of returns and exchanges.

Time limit on returns
Products must be returned within 60 days of the Order Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used to make your purchase on ExsensParis.com.
